Split
Split and Diocletian’s days
The study of places before departures saves UNIQUE experiences
and is the only way to don’t lose (almost) nothing.
When we were plannin our Balkan tour we discovered that we had to
plan the days in order to be in Split in one of the days between 16th and 18th of August!
Split is a city that surprised us, full of the charm of history and of the colours of the night life.
Being there in one of that days let us see Diocletian Palace LIVING.
That palace has irresistible charme,
the one of a yesterday that wins over a today very superficial and ephemeral.
The magic take place during Diocletian days, in wich history comes back to life,
enjoy it in this video.

We decided to spend an half day in a ferry and on the motorbike to make a jump in one of the
best beaches of Croatia: Zlatni Rat.
I suggest to leave early in the morning because we pass a lot of time travelling and a very little
time on the beach also because, as very often during this tour, the rain was going with us…
